I called yesterday and spoke with 3 people on my misship and damage merchandise. The first 2 representatives gave me the same exact instructions to go to the dollar tree store near me to bring the merchandise back and once I get there to call them so that the store manager can verify the items that I am claiming. Once I got there they would refund me while in the store ( back to my card online) and to leave the merchandise there... However, once I got there the 3rd representative told me something different. I did exactly what I was instructed to do. I called when I got there. That is when the 3rd representative answered the phone. She told me that I could not bring it to the store because it was shipped to my home address which is UPS. I told her that the other 2 representative knew that. I explained that to them. I received a 12count case of bath salt which I ordered a 12 count case of hurricane candle holders. I also ordered 32 small candle holders 9 came in damaged. All pictures are attached. I am so disappointed and angry because I shipped them directly to myself because I had an issue with it going to the store a while back. When I shipped it to the store, I had ordered 2 items both came in but the manager only came back with one item ordered and said the other item was in the store but he could not find it so he had them refund me. I wanted to try it a different way since the pass experience was not good. This one was worst. I am so frustrated because I went to dollar tree to get no results. The girl told me that I had to ship it all back even the broken/ damaged merchandise after I was told by 2 others representatives that I would get refunded when I get there and to leave the merchandise. I am not paying for shipping. So they will have to figure something out. Well, at the end, I had to bring the merchandise back home. If I do not get the results I feel I deserve, I will dispute my entire charge with the bank. This is not my fault and I think I should be compensated for this. Need I remind you my merchandise total was $55 my shipping was 24ish and tax was 7ish. Which is more than half my order price.

I was visiting family in Mechanicsville Virginia this past week. My grandson needed something from there so I took him. Upon entering the store I was totally shocked at the disarray of the store. There were items in each isle all over the floors. It was a mess. Never have I seen a dollar tree in that shape.
When I checked out the cashier was even worse. The lady ahead of me was give cash back all in ones because the cashier didn't have an other bills to give her. This didn't make the customer happy. Cashier told her if she could give her a couple of fives and the ones back she would give her a twenty. While the lady looked through her purse the cashier started checking me out. I only had twenty's. So I gave her one to pay for my items. The cashier then took my twenty gave it to the lady that was in front of me and took her ones and the two fives in exchange. At that point the cashier still can't give me any change and because she was doing too many things at once I was worried she'd forget giving my twenty away.
She called for change then and I told her I still needed my change. She got huffy and said
I told you I'd give you your change when I got more.
I didn't appreciate her attitude at all.
Not sure who the manager of that store is but someone needs to observe the mess and condition of that store.

Lack of care for customers they only care about the money and they don't care if they inconvenience you then again what do you expect from the dollar tree I'm just one customer

I shop at Dollar Tree often, so I thought I would have no trouble returning dog biscuits that were stale. The clerk said she could accept merchandise that had been opened. How would we know they were bad if we had not opened them for use? She reluctantly gave me credit. I purchased one item equal to the credit I received and left. I proceeded to go to family dollar where I was able to purchase all the fresh QUALITY food items my pet requires. The clerk was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor for giving me credit for unacceptable pet food. I will never shop at Dollar Tree again. No stars.

dollar tree is the worst company i have ever seen , no reply when an issue is reported , staff discriminate paying customer and admin blocked customers email after lying about investigating. Store bans customer for being deaf! "he refused to listen" BAD COMPANY NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE THEM RICH!

I have been a witness of how rude some of the customer are the the cashiers at the dollar tree. I witnessed one yesterday I felt bad for the person behind the counter. Some people don't know how to be nice and it was the customers mistake not the person behind the cashier. These people don't get paid enough to take that type of abuse. I'm a local that always shop at the store in Hudson/Berlin line.

The store on Fall River Ave in Seekonk, Mass is disgusting. So much stuff all over the floor ,so much stuff out of place, it looks more like a thrift store. And even cashier doesn't greet the customers, very rude. I've seen neater thrift stores. Won't be going to that location anymore. Needs an overhaul desperately.

I can't wait for them to go out of bussiness!!!!!!!!!! Just like all corporate a holes!!!! Raise prices them what really gets me now will no longer supply bags for purchases.
Was told by employee bags cost to much and hard to find.
Really but they can build a brand new multimillion dollar hanger for there 8 corporate jets.
But we need to raises prices as well as do away providing bags.
Hmmmmm how bout get rid of some of those jets you have instead of screwing us hard working Americans that put you were you are while putting all smaller $1 stores out of bussiness.
Remember my CEO,CFO and all other over paid corp a holes.

Since Dollar Tree raised their prices by TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT, many of the items are priced higher than in a regular store and are of frequently inferior quality. I bought a large bottle of dish soap that was at least 75% water. Many of the items they stock are not even worth a dollar. Canned goods, for example, can be bought on sale for under a dollar. Ounce for ounce, items are 1 1/2 to 2 times the normal store price! I no longer shop there. It has become a poorly disguised convenience store with cheap quality products. Boycott their stores like I am!

No matter the time in the afternoon that I go to the Dollar Tree on James Island, SC, it is NEVER open. I have gone different days and different times, and every single time, there's a hand written part sign on the door saying closed.
